The Ovacık Wind Energy Power Plant Project is progressing toward commercial operation, with field teams working diligently to achieve commissioning by December 2025. Undertaken by Esengüç Yatırım A.Ş., a subsidiary of Dere Construction, this licensed wind power plant project is being delivered under a full-scope EPC contract. As the EPC Contractor, Dere Construction is responsible for all main contracting works, including permitting, foundation construction, energy transmission line works, turbine installation, and commissioning. The project has an installed capacity of 15 MW (3 x GW165-6.0 HH100). Turbine erection is scheduled for completion by mid-November 2025, with the Ministry of Energy acceptance (MENR) targeted for the first week of December 2025.
